Mac recently helped me purchase an amazing condo in downtown Boston. It was one of the BRA deed-restricted units so obviously there was a lot more paperwork and headaches involved, but Mac helped guide me through them. We'd been slowly searching for a condo in downtown Boston but obviously they are very hard to find and very pricey, so this BRA unit was perfect. Mac was very patient throughout our search but when the time came to ramp things up, he got everything together very quickly and efficiently. It was also super convenient to be able to sign all the documents online so I didn't need to make an extra trip into the city. The closing was a long process, but that was more due to the bank and the BRA deed restrictions. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Mac whether you're gradually getting into the market and exploring or want to purchase ASAP.

Mac was great. We worked with him in '07 when we were buying a 2 bedroom condo for our son who was attending college in Boston. We was on top of all the new listings and available properties. We purchased and owned this condo for 9 years during that time we had period contact from Mac to update us on the local market and things in and around Boston. He always stayed in touch. We again reach out to Mac when it was time to sell the property. He developed our strategic approach, pricing, and managed the process getting us 3 offers. Our 2 bedroom condo ending selling a little over asking which was tremendous.
