Mac is a family member so it was an obvious choice for me to use him when my mom's home after her passing needed to be sold. It was an emotional time for me and my family but Mac was so understanding and compassionate and helpful. His advice and expertise was invaluable. The open house was very successful and tons of folks viewed the home. House sold that weekend and I'm sure there were lots of questions for him to answer. He was very thoughtful in keeping me involved in the whole process and answered all of my questions promptly and courteously. I would certainly use him again for any real estate needs in the future. Mac recently helped me purchase an amazing condo in downtown Boston. It was one of the BRA deed-restricted units so obviously there was a lot more paperwork and headaches involved, but Mac helped guide me through them. We'd been slowly searching for a condo in downtown Boston but obviously they are very hard to find and very pricey, so this BRA unit was perfect. Mac was very patient throughout our search but when the time came to ramp things up, he got everything together very quickly and efficiently. It was also super convenient to be able to sign all the documents online so I didn't need to make an extra trip into the city. The closing was a long process, but that was more due to the bank and the BRA deed restrictions. All in all, I would absolutely recommend Mac whether you're gradually getting into the market and exploring or want to purchase ASAP.
